The name and other information on your certificate is pulled from the information that you shared when you set up your account. Whatever your name is in your account is the name that will be on your certificate.
If you download a certificate and discover that your information is incorrect, here is what to do.
Fill Out a Support Ticket
To change the name or any other information on a certificate that has already been issued, you will need to contact our Help Desk for assistance.
Please specify the course or webinar that the certificate is for, and the information that needs to be changed.
The Help Desk will be able to change the information, and you can then re-download the certificate from your account.
Change the Information in Your Account
Because the certificate draws its data from the information in your account, it is important to change your account information so new certificates have the proper information.
