The duration of your access to each course will be clearly specified upon purchase and in the course.
If you need an extension to complete the content in your course, you may request a one-time extension of 30 days.
This extension can be requested by completing a Support Ticket.
If you are unable to complete the course within the 30-day extension, per our Terms of Service, you will need to re-purchase the course.
Please be aware that your course progress and completed activities cannot be transferred from one course to another. If you must pay again for the course, you must start it over from the beginning.
